All bookings made through BlueCoral Trips are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant travel supplier (airline, hotel, car rental company, cruise line, or activity provider). Depending on the product, you may be required to pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and product type, and the applicable policy will be shown to you at the time of booking. Some bookings are non-refundable, while others may allow free cancellation within a specified window. It is your responsibility to review the cancellation policy before confirming your booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

Prices and availability displayed on our platform are sourced from our travel technology partners in real time but are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and payment is processed. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier updates, or demand prior to booking confirmation.

• Ensure you and any accompanying travelers hold valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents
• Review all booking confirmations carefully and report any discrepancies immediately
• Comply with the terms and conditions of individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, and activity operators)

BlueCoral Trips acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers. While we strive to ensure accurate listings and smooth bookings, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise operators, or activity providers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
